5th and 6th grade League
Child must be 10 yrs of age by Sept 3rd and max age of 12 on/or before Dec 31st and in the 6th grade.

3rd and 4th grade league
Child must be 8 yrs of age by Sept 3rd and a max age of 10 on/or before Dec 31st and in the 4th grade.

Please attach a copy of the player's birth certificate, your application will not be accepted without it.

All registered LCV Youth Tackle Football players should attend Mini-Camps at the designated field. Parent meeting w/ Q&A will be held. Players should bring cleats, shorts, a shirt, and water. Please show up at x:xx on date and x:xx on date and date.

Your child must attend on his or her day or registration and fee will be returned.
All equipment including game jersey will need to be returned and/or handed in to the league on the last day of play. Replacement charges for gear not returned will be $500.00.

Parents, please note:
This is an optional, private-run league for youth. Parents and spectators must treat the league, coaches, players, volunteers, and referees with respect. The league, coaches, and referees have the right to ask a parent and/or spectator to leave the premises at anytime.

Registration for players is taken by date and time of application. Teams fill up fast—we, the league, reserve the right to return application and fee if teams are full.
